Carla graduated from the University of Ottawa with a Bachelor of Science in Physiotherapy. She has extensive experience in orthopedics and is certified in Mackenzie, Therapeutic Taping, Acupuncture (CAFCI), Intramuscular Manual Therapy/Trigger Point Dry Needling (Kineticore), Manual Therapy (CPA orthopedic division), Selective Functional Movement Assessment, Concussion Management, and APTEI (Cervical Spine, Lumbar Spine, Foot and Ankle Complex). Carla practices using a “hands-on” physiotherapy approach, exercise rehabilitation, evidence-based practice, and client-centered care.

Carla is an amazing therapist! She has been helping me for the last two years. She is a hands on therapist that focuses on manual manipulation and also provides tons of exercise and stretches !
