Katherine is a graduate from the University of Alberta where she earned her MSc. in Physical Therapy after completing a BSc. in Kinesiology from Queen’s University. Katherine uses an active approach in her treatment style focusing on exercise prescription partnered with manual therapy to help her patients get stronger, feel better, and achieve their goals. Katherine grew up as a competitive dancer and still teaches dance when she can. Throughout undergrad and grad school she worked as a trainer with varsity basketball and rugby teams inspiring her to pursue a career in physiotherapy.
