Description
It is my passion in life to help others live to the best of their ability. In my practice, I explore the mind/body connection to empower clients on their rehabilitation journey. I am continually learning and keeping up to date with the latest research having taken numerous courses since graduating in 2013. I love what I do. I learned yoga in India, tai chi in China and got my surfing legs under me in Fiji. “You can’t stop the waves, but you can learn to surf”
