Cat offers individualized treatments including exercise prescription/ programming, dry needling (IMS), manual therapy, soft tissue techniques and more. Cat also treats vestibular conditions including BPPV ("vertigo"). Cat keeps active with rugby, Crossfit, mountain biking, hiking, and paddle-boarding!
