Rachel obtained her Master of Science in Physiotherapy from McMaster University in 2023. She combines personal athletic experiences as a gymnast, climber, and runner with evidence-based treatment strategies to provide individualized, collaborative, and patient-centered care tailored to meet each person’s unique goals. Rachel is passionate about helping all patients, with a special interest in supporting rock climbers, runners, and other athletes return to their sports.
