Kristin works collaboratively with patients to help them achieve their personal goals and return to activities that they enjoy. Her experience volunteering with the Canadian Mental Health Association informed her understanding of the important link between mental and physical well-being. Kristin prioritizes exercise in her treatment approach and uses hands-on techniques as needed.
