Description
Raised in beautiful Victoria, I developed a deep love for an active lifestyle. During high school, I was a competitive rower, which initially sparked my passion for health and fitness. This led me to complete a BSc in Kinesiology with honors at the University of Victoria, while working as a personal trainer during my final year. After graduating, I worked as a kinesiologist alongside physiotherapists who inspired me to pursue a career in physiotherapy. I completed my MSc in Physiotherapy in Aberdeen, Scotland at Robert Gordon University.
