Sarita holds a Master’s in Human Kinetics from Laurentian University and a Bachelor’s in Physiotherapy from GGSIP University in New Delhi. She is passionate about helping people move well and stay injury-free through evidence-based, hands-on care that blends manual therapy and exercise. With a whole-body approach, she focuses on finding the root cause of issues to support healing and prevent future injuries. Her additional training in neurofunctional acupuncture, orthopaedic manual therapy, and pelvic health, and is currently expanding her skills in vestibular rehabilitation.
