Description
Bindu Bridget Jacob has more than 20 years of experience from various settings: hospitals, outpatient clinics, long term care and home care working with patients of all ages. Bindu believes in empowering the patient to take control of their course to recovery. She uses a hybrid approach of manual therapy, postural education, and various treatment modalities like low intensity Laser therapy, Shockwave therapy and kinesiotaping. She also prescribes exercises that targets the injured tissues and educates the patient on tips and techniques they can apply independently at home.
