Lindsay has worked in various orthopaedic clinics around the Durham Region and has gained extensive experience treating acute and chronic musculoskeletal conditions. She has a particular passion for treating the athletic and paediatric populations. Her approach to treatment is very hands on, with a focus on restoring function and re-training proper body mechanics. She uses a wide range of techniques, including soft tissue release and joint mobilizations, personalized exercise prescription, acupuncture, & patient education. She is passionate about helping her clients achieve their health goals.
