James (he/him) graduated from the University of Alberta in 1999 with a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy. In 2001, he started a small four-bed clinic in St. Albert and slowly grew that to 6 clinics over 2 decades. James leads and active lifestyle and is a 4 time Ironman finisher and CAT 2 cyclist. With over two decades of experience, James brings a wealth of knowledge and skill to Team Optimize and the West Edmonton Community.
