Alana is devoted to helping people reach their goals by addressing the source of their pain as well as predisposing factors. She strives to offer the best possible care to her clients, be it through learning new treatment techniques or discovering new technologies. She has completed extensive post graduate training in manual therapy, taping, Selective Functional Movement Assessment acupuncture and dry needling. She has also taken specialized courses and has developed expertise in the assessment and treatment of vertigo and associated vestibular disorders, as well as concussion rehabilitation.

We want to create an experience that allows you to feel confident and empowered to navigate your recovery so you can get back to doing the things that matter most to you. We are a hands-on clinic. All treatment sessions are one-on-one, during which you receive the undivided attention of your therapist. We feel this is the best way to truly understand you, the client, and your recovery goals.
