Provider information

Description

I’m a physiotherapist with a Master’s from McMaster University (2020) and a background in personal training. A lifelong athlete, I was inspired by my own rehab journey to help others regain movement and confidence. I use a personalized, holistic approach—combining manual therapy, education, corrective exercise, and dry needling for pain relief and performance. I’ve worked with clients of all ages, from kids to elite athletes. Outside the clinic, I enjoy weightlifting, volleyball, and trying new food spots.

Look forward to working with you to achieve your movement goals!
