Kara Montieth

Description

Kara obtained her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology with Great Distinction from the University of Saskatchewan. Two years later she completed her Masters of Physical Therapy. Upon convocation, Kara received the award for the highest aggregate grade in academic and clinical physiotherapy courses for her graduating class.

Kara is committed to assisting individuals for all ages through a holistic, patient-centred approach that utilizes manual therapy, education, functional movement recovery and strengthening. She is also certified in Biomedical Dry Needling and Functional Range Conditioning.
