Description
Taskeen has 30+ years of experience as a physiotherapist; working in multiple settings around the world. She took a role as orthopaedic clinical specialist and lectured overseas. This has made her very accomplished in treating a variety of orthopaedic conditions. She has a hands-on approach and incorporates joint mobilization, movement and active release of soft tissues in her practice. She empowers her patients with education about their condition and teaches them about proper posture and ergonomics. She tailors each patients exercise program to best suit their needs.
