Description
Rachel completed her Masters of Science in Physiotherapy Degree at the University of Toronto in 2023. Prior to this, she earned her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology Degree at Brock University in 2021. Rachel also has a detailed background in personal training and numerous competitive sports. Because of this, she has garnered extensive knowledge in exercise science, biomechanics, and performance. She has a keen interest in working with athletes and sports injury rehabilitation.
