Description
Paulina graduated from the University of Toronto in 2019 with a Master's in Physical Therapy. Paulina uses a combination of manual therapy, soft tissue techniques, exercise, and education with her clients. She has training in pelvic floor physiotherapy and has completed extra courses to be able to treat this population. She is also a 200-hour Certified Yoga Instructor and likes incorporating yoga poses and techniques into her treatment sessions. Outside of work hours she can be found reading, doing yoga, rock climbing, hiking, skiing, or paddle boarding to her heart's content.
