Tia is a Physiotherapist and practices with a trauma-informed lens. She is driven most strongly in life by the desire to be part of the journey of self- empowerment of others, and has forged a career serving clients with a focus in musculoskeletal injuries, pelvic health, and pediatrics. She has experience working with those with brain injuries, cerebral palsy, chronic pain, and complex post-operative needs to torticollis, motor development, and more. She has post graduate education in incontinence, pelvic pain, prolapse, and those looking for support during their pregnancy and beyond.

Nest Integrative Wellness is a multidisciplinary health and wellness clinic that also operates as a social and physical hub for group gatherings and activities. Our space is accessible, inclusive, surrounded by an abundance of free parking, and is located in the west-central Edmonton community of Westmount in Ward o-day’min*. We support all members of the general public and our team has specialized training and interest in supporting those in their perinatal journeys – including those who are trying to conceive, are pregnant, have recently given birth, or are seeking support through loss.
