Shannon specializes in myofascial release, pelvic floor rehabilitation, and mind-body coaching. She works in prenatal and postpartum care, as well as with incontinence and chronic pain, providing the treatment and support to guide her clients' well-being and recovery. Her training, her experience working in mental health, and her own healing journey have shaped her understanding of healing as a mind-body-soul endeavor, and affirmed her belief in compassionate, trauma-informed, individualized care.
