Description
As a Physical Therapist, Jon believes in utilizing hands-on techniques to restore people's movement, minimize pain, and restore peoples independence. He has a sports background having played CIS hockey, and previously held certification in the strength and conditioning field. It is his goal to work with patients to educate them on the nature of their injury, utilize up to date techniques to improve their function, and provide patients with the exercises and tools to not only correct the given issue but prevent issues of a similar nature from re-occurring.
