Description

Kate is a Physiotherapist and pelvic health therapist. She is a graduate of the Master of Physical Therapy program at the University of Toronto. Prior to pursuing physical therapy, Kate attended Western University where she completed her Bachelor's degree in Medical Sciences and a Master's degree in Integrative Biosciences. She master’s focus was on the effects of active rehabilitation on concussion management.

Summary

We start by looking at the global picture of how your body is ordered, how your body moves, and how one issue can lead to problems elsewhere. This helps us to systematically identify the root cause of any pain, dysfunction, or areas holding you back from your movement potential. From this point, we will use a combination of manual therapy, education, and progressive exercises to create lasting change.
