Description
Lindsay has a strong belief in movement as medicine. Her foundation and knowledge of movement stems from her unique background as both a dancer and athlete. This eventually shaped her educational focus, pursuing physiotherapy and utilizing movement to help her patients return to doing what they love. Her passion for education is reflected through her comprehensive assessment and treatment sessions, as she believes in a thorough understanding of the treatment plan and how to move. In her free time she is lifting heavy weights, walking her dog, hiking, skiing, and golfing.

I have seen other physiotherapists before for an ongoing back issue. Lindsay was able to find the route cause of my pain and has got me on a program that should resolve the issue permanently. Great at her job and enjoyable to be around
