Realizing there could be no better career than helping others achieve the same physical freedom, Chris attended the University of British Columbia with the goal of becoming a Strength & Performance Specialist, and earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology.

Now fully equipped with an extensive exercise background and an ever-deepening holistic understanding of the Human Machine, Chris has joined the team at MVMTLAB. His goal is to share what he’s learned and experienced with his patients, serving as a guide on their rehabilitation journey, and to give each individual the tools they need.

Summary

Following extensive travel in elite sports therapy, MVMTLAB was born in summer 2013 out of Dr Jeff Almon’s goal to create a leading sports performance clinic where elite athletes, and the general active population, learn how to rebuild and maintain their body through sensory-motor reprogramming. We aim to discover why your body isn’t working like it should.
MVMTLAB has attracted high level athlete-practitioners who work together to form a treatment team for each patient. Our integrated practitioners have had backgrounds in Olympic, professional & University sport who know how to treat athletes
