Tess has a background in sport and therefore has a keen interest in sports related injuries, as well as in women’s health. She strongly believes in utilizing individualized treatment plans which include manual therapy techniques along with functional exercise-based rehabilitation and education. Tess has furthered her education by completing certifications in manual therapy and soft tissue release, levels 1-3 in pelvic health, and contemporary medical acupuncture.
