My curiosity has always driven my commitment to understanding the complexities and capacity of the human body and its movement. I have advanced training in: KinetaCore Functional Dry Needling Level 1 & 2, Level 1 & 2 Upper and Lower Advanced Orthopaedic Manual and Manipulative Physiotherapy, Complete Concussion Management, and Intro & Advanced Vestibular Rehabilitation via the Dizziness & Balance Rehab Clinic.

I am passionate about comprehensive high quality client-centred care informed by evidence based practice. My emphasis is on genuine education and empowerment to achieve your goals.
