Bea is a former field hockey athlete who competed for UBC and Team Canada. She loves empowering people of all ages and abilities to manage their injuries or chronic conditions through a healthy and active lifestyle. Bea is particularly interested in women’s health, and has taken extra training in pelvic physiotherapy. During her research Masters at UBC, Bea studied the effects of exercise on the brain.
