Move To Move is a facility that combines a Rehabilitation Clinic and a Movement Studio. We offer Physiotherapy, Sports Chiro, Massage Therapy, Kinesiology, Private Training and Group classes. We take pride in offering longer 1-on-1 rehabilitation treatments, as well as professionals instructing small group classes and private training sessions. Our goal is to help you explore the full potential of your body, NO MATTER WHAT YOUR CURRENT LEVEL IS!
