Description
Movement and fitness have been a huge part of Karyn's life. She grow up figure skating and transitioned into weightlifting, obstacle course racing, trail running, hiking and CrossFit in her adult years. Through physiotherapy Karyn hopes to empower others to learn about and take control of their bodies through exercise and movement versus machine and passive techniques. Her goal as a physiotherapist is to give you the education and tools to heal and maintain yourself, so that you may accomplish your goals.
