This was the first session which consisted in evaluating my condition specifically regarding the pain in my left shoulder. Nicolas was methodical and was able to identify the pain and provide specific exercises to eliminate the pain and increase mobility. I was impressed with his knowledge and I optimistic that my problem will be resolved in time
