In-person visit
I thought Kimberly was well-informed and professional, but I had my appointments before I got any medical imaging done. None of the exercises I was given worked, but that's because the problem was something unexpected that could have been revealed earlier by the imaging. This is why my satisfaction with the treatment is so low and not necessarily because there is something wrong with the treatment itself.
