DENISE FOGAL-SMITH, PT, B.Sc.(P.T.), M.Sc., CGIMS Since 1993 Denise has been an active clinician practicing in the areas of orthopedic and neurological physiotherapy. She has completed course work in Basic and Advanced Bobath/NDT training, motor learning, gait & balance retraining as well as many orthopedic courses. More recently she has added Gunn IMS (a form of dry needling), acupuncture and myofascial release techniques to her clinical skill set. She is also completed Bonefit training with Osteoporosis Canada and has completed the GLA:D certification program for hip & knee arthritis.

Excellent therapy from D. F.-S.; she has managed to keep me ambulant the past half decade as I wait my turn for a hip replacement. Pain is bearable, but more importantly I can move about on level surfaces and do stairs which are essential for my work. This is the third set of receipts submitted today and all has been working well since I finally got into a system that did not crap out mid-way through the entries. My exasperation with the system and my temper tantrum has expired since these last three have gone very smoothly. I was less than sure when I was "stalled" mid-way through my first attempt today, but the second try has become successful and prompted me to get totally up to date--thus the three submissions since I have doubts that the system will continue to work so smoothly---but I will try.
