Kirstyn focuses on helping women thrive during their pregnancy, prepping them for labour/delivery and aiding in their rehabilitation postpartum. Pelvic Health Therapists treat urinary/fecal incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, diastasis recti (abdominal separation), constipation, sexual dysfunction and lumbopelvic pain. Treatment is customized for each patient and typically integrates pelvic floor/core/glute muscle re-training, helpful advice on bowel and bladder habits, nutrition and hands-on techniques from the therapist.
