Ashely is a pelvic health physiotherapist who treats a wide range of conditions including urinary and fecal incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse and pelvic girdle pain. She has additional training and is passionate about pre and post natal rehab and exercise prescription. Her goal is to educate and empower her clients throughout their rehab and pregnancy journey.
