Description

My name is Dr. Ava Ferdowsmakan and I received my Doctor of Physical Therapy in 2016 from D’Youville College in Buffalo, NY, USA! However, I have grown up in Toronto and studied at York University for my Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology. I have been an athlete my whole life, and my hobbies include swimming, hiking and bicycling. I love being a physiotherapist and am extremely grateful to be working in a profession that excites me everyday and keeps me on my toes! I wish to gain a lot more experience and knowledge, and truly help as many people as I can!
