Amrita graduated from the University of Toronto with a Master’s degree in Physical Therapy. As an enthusiastic and creative practitioner, she uses multiple techniques such as soft tissue release, manual therapy and exercise to treat a wide range of conditions. Amrita’s main areas of focus are musculoskeletal injuries and motor vehicle accidents, and also has significant experience with sport injuries, chronic pain, strokes and oncology. Amrita values client-centered practice and is devoted to delivering the highest quality care for her patients.

Summary
Most of our patients first come to us with a pain, injury or stiffness in their body. Through the course of treatment of this, they come to realize the benefits of improved mobility and balance throughout their body, so they ask about seeing us periodically for maintenance check-ups. Some patients only see us when something gets really bad, so a bigger problem to fix. Some patients are in between. We adjust our care to all of kinds of patients, because any help is good help.
