Over the past 8 years I have gained extensive experience treating patients as an Athletic Therapist and Physiotherapist in Toronto and the U.K.

I specialize in a wide range of musculoskeletal injuries and especially enjoy working with physically active individuals. Over the past few years I’ve had the honour of treating some of the top Canadian athletes in collegiate and professional sports.

My treatment approach uses manual therapy techniques, acupuncture, and functional exercise to help people recover from injuries or achieve their sport specific goals.

We're a family owned physiotherapy clinic. Our mission is to provide 1 on 1 affordable physiotherapy and empower our patients to get the most of their bodies. We believe that movement is essential for optimizing our bodies.
