Jessica earned her MSc in Physical Therapy from the University of Toronto and a BSc in Kinesiology from the University of Saskatchewan. A former hockey and fastpitch athlete, she represented Canada at the FISU games. Experiencing injuries firsthand inspired her holistic approach to rehab, emphasizing education, personalized exercise, manual therapy, and prevention. Certified in Dry Needling and AIM Level I, Jessica focuses on sports and orthopedic physiotherapy. Outside work, she enjoys running, sports, and exploring Toronto’s pizza spots.
