Description
I grew up spending the majority of my time playing on a variety of team sports. This put me at risk for injuries and a constant need to “get fixed”. As a result, my love for sports and passion for helping/healing others led me to pursue a career in physical therapy. I like to take a holistic approach by understanding the entire person in order to help all clients achieve their functional goals. I continue to enjoy a career that includes work in both the hospital and private settings. Outside of work, I am a proud and active mother to Sebastian and Avery and a devoted wife to my husband Bright.

LIFT Physiotherapy

Summary
At LIFT Physiotherapy, we spend the majority of time with our clients assessing their needs and function. Due to the human body's capacity for compensation, the source of pain is often not where the problem originated. We aim to find out where the problem originated in order to fix the cause, which in turn will allow the body to heal. The approach our clinician's take is simple but thorough. We test, treat and re-test. This process provides us with a more objective way of assessing the effectiveness of our treatments.
