Description
Even in high school, I knew I wanted to become a physiotherapist. Over the years, I’ve experienced several injuries through multiple car accidents and while playing soccer and practising gymnastics. During that time, I decided that one day, I would be the person that my patients would look forward to seeing. I’d be the one helping them with their injuries and empowering them to achieve their health and wellness goals. Today, I’m passionate about helping athletes with injuries, along with the pre- and postnatal community. My mission is to be my patient's biggest supporter.

Facility Information
LIFT Physiotherapy

Summary
At LIFT Physiotherapy, we spend the majority of time with our clients assessing their needs and function. Due to the human body's capacity for compensation, the source of pain is often not where the problem originated. We aim to find out where the problem originated in order to fix the cause, which in turn will allow the body to heal. The approach our clinician's take is simple but thorough. We test, treat and re-test. This process provides us with a more objective way of assessing the effectiveness of our treatments.
