Ross is a 1995 graduate from the University of Manitoba Physiotherapy program. Upon graduation he worked in Georgia, USA for 5 years. He then returned to Canada working in Kelowna, BC since 2000. Initially Ross worked at Rutland Physiotherapy, then moved to be an owner / partner at Kelowna Manual Therapy Centre. In March of 2025 Ross has partnered with Leading Edge Physiotherapy Landmark to open the first Leading Edge clinic in BC
