Eric loves to run. He was born and raised in Hamilton, and you can often find him running the roads and trails of East Hamilton training for his next big race. He has a passion to help others achieve their performance goals in whatever activity that may be as well as help others recover from injury so they can get back to living the life they enjoy! Eric believes that active participation is important for successful rehab and supplements his treatment with various soft tissue techniques when appropriate.
