Kelly (she/her) enjoys employing a hands on, manual therapy approach to her sessions, using acupuncture and exercise prescription to round out a client’s treatment. Her love for powerlifting and functional fitness has given her specialized knowledge in incorporating body weight, barbell and dumbbell movements into rehab. A self-proclaimed exercise fanatic, she’s tried a little bit of everything from running, cycling, yoga and many different gym class offerings.
