Janet has a keen interest in women’s health. She has completed Level 1: Incontinence, Level 2/3A: Female and Male Pelvic Pain, Pregnancy and Pelvic Girdle Pain, Cesarean Birth, and Diastasis Recti Abdominis courses through PHS. She strives to educate her patients for them to play an active role and to become fully engaged in their rehabilitation. She is also a passionate practitioner who loves to help her clients achieve optimal pelvic floor health. Her treatment also includes manual therapy, soft tissue release, individualized exercise prescription, acupuncture, and K-taping.

We are conveniently located at Highway 7 and Leslie, and have both outdoor and underground parking. Elevator access is available in the underground parking area, as well as on the first floor of the building. JDA offers 1 on 1 services by practitioners who are fluent in English, French, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
