AJ aims to facilitate optimization of his treatments by empowering people to take control over their recovery through the application of movement prescription. He notes that the skills he developed during his time working as a Kinesiologist have helped to enhance the exercise/movement prescriptions that he provides to his clients following each treatment session, enabling them to achieve better treatment outcomes. AJ’s motto is: “Motion is Lotion” - indicating that the more active we are, the better we feel with our overall health.
