Provider information
Description
University of Alberta with a Master’s of Science in Physical Therapy. She first encountered the realm of physiotherapy when a family member was experiencing mobility problems. She has always admired how physiotherapy integrates physical activity into the rehabilitation process and uses manual therapy as part of her treatment plan, with a focus on exercise and education. Janet believes it is important that she learns about each patient's particular experiences so that she can develop an individualized care plan that is appropriate for their injury, fitness level, and lifestyle.
