Catherine graduated with a Master of Science in Physical Therapy from Queen’s University in 2012. She has worked with a wide variety of patients since that time. Her practice has primarily focused on orthopedics, sports medicine, and chronic illness disorders. She has completed additional training courses in the McKenzie Method of Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy (MDT), Dry Needling, myofascial release, pain science, manual therapy.
Catherine is passionate about providing high quality, individualized physiotherapy treatment to individuals of all ages to help them achieve their goals.

Summary

We are a Physiotherapy clinic with over 22 years combined experience and are Certified McKenzie Therapists. 
We treat MVA, WSIB, VAC and CAF clients.

We offer the services of Physiotherapists, Registered Massage Therapists, a Naturopath, Acupuncture, Dry Needling, Cupping and Pelvic Floor Physiotherapy.

We also provide Vestibular , Concussion and TMJ Physiotherapy

We provide one on one time with your therapists. 
No assistants. We offer e-billing to your private insurance.
