Her treatment incorporates Client Education, Modalities , Exercise prescription , Manual techniques, Soft tissue release , Cupping , IASTM ,Taping ,Post Caesarean Rehab, Injury prevention strategies and Active Rehab Program so that they can return to, and maintain their optimal functionality. Nisha is passionate about offering the best treatment techniques to patients, and is constantly learning the latest rehabilitation skills through physiotherapy post-graduate training courses.
