Shelley received her Bachelor in Physical Therapy in 2007. She also pursed her certification in Acupuncture in 2009. She has 16 years of experience, and has taken numerous post-grad courses. Shelley treats her clients and their needs using manual therapy, soft-tissue manipulation, individualized therapeutic exercises and pain modulation techniques. Her main goal with her clients is to build a relationship to be able to pursue function, strength, well-being and accountability. 
Outside of the clinic Shelley loves spending time with her family and cooking all types of cuisine!
