Nelson has a master’s degree in physiotherapy from the University of Alberta as well as a bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from the University of Calgary. He is passionate about helping clients achieve what is important to them, working alongside them to reach their goals. He has a strong focus on exercise therapy and equipping clients with the tools they need to take charge of their health. He believes that optimizing movement and strength is key to improving function and quality of life. He has a background working in sports focused therapy as well as neuro rehabilitation.
