Description
After graduating from McMaster University in 2015, Nav realized there was a lack of focus on Women’s Health in Physiotherapy and was immediately drawn to serve in this area. She developed a passion for helping women pre and postnatally and has since worked extensively to provide the best pelvic care possible to her clients. During pregnancy, Nav assists women to maintain a healthy pelvic floor to prevent and treat issues such as leakages, urinary urgency/frequency, pain with sex, pelvic girdle pain (pubic, tailbone, groin, low back, hips), and pelvic organ prolapse
